At Subzi Time, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We aim to provide fresh, hygienic, and high-quality groceries at your doorstep. If you are not satisfied with your order, this Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Perishable Goods (Vegetables, Fruits, Chicken, etc.):
    • Returns are accepted only at the time of delivery if items are damaged, spoiled, or not as described.
    • Customers must inspect the products upon delivery and immediately inform our rider or support team.
  • Non-Perishable Goods (Packaged Items, Dry Groceries):
    • Can be returned within 24 hours of delivery, provided they are unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

2. Refund Conditions

  • If your return is approved, a refund will be issued in PKR through one of the following methods:
    • Cash Refund (for COD orders)
    • Bank Transfer
    • Easypaisa / JazzCash
  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days depending on the payment method.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund unless faulty at delivery:

  • Fresh vegetables and fruits after acceptance at delivery.
  • Items stored improperly by the customer.
  • Discounted or promotional items.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone.
  • Once an order is dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is incomplete, incorrect, or damaged, please report it within 2 hours of delivery via WhatsApp.
  • Subzi Time will either replace the product or provide a refund as per eligibility.
