Subzi Time operates in Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan, and all transactions are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
These terms apply to all users who browse, order, or interact with Subzi Time.

2. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed online through our website/app.
Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or Digital Wallets (if available).
Prices are listed in PKR and may change due to market conditions.

3. Delivery Policy

Delivery is available within Bahawalpur and nearby areas.
Delivery time depends on location and product availability.
In case of delay, customers will be informed via SMS/Call.

4. Returns & Refunds

Perishable items (fruits, vegetables) are non-returnable, except for quality issues at delivery time.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
Any misuse of our website, false orders, or fraudulent activities will lead to account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

Subzi Time is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
We do not guarantee product availability at all times.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab Province, Pakistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved in Bahawalpur courts.
