  • Subzi Time operates in Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan, and all transactions are in PKR (Pakistani Rupees).
  • These terms apply to all users who browse, order, or interact with Subzi Time.

2. Orders & Payments

  • Orders can be placed online through our website/app.
  • Payment methods: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Transfer, or Digital Wallets (if available).
  • Prices are listed in PKR and may change due to market conditions.

3. Delivery Policy

  • Delivery is available within Bahawalpur and nearby areas.
  • Delivery time depends on location and product availability.
  • In case of delay, customers will be informed via SMS/Call.

4. Returns & Refunds

  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables) are non-returnable, except for quality issues at delivery time.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via the original payment method.

5. User Responsibilities

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
  • Any misuse of our website, false orders, or fraudulent activities will lead to account suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Subzi Time is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, etc.).
  • We do not guarantee product availability at all times.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Punjab Province, Pakistan.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in Bahawalpur courts.
